Joe and Patty Evans

My business has been cultivated by working with discriminating clients for over 35 years. My success is measured by the satisfaction of my clients. I have used this benchmark in both my over 20 years as an executive in the Jewelry industry and in running my own real estate business over the past 18 years.

I was born in Mexico and I grew up in Washington, DC. Working in the Jewelry industry in 1986, I moved from DC to Central Ohio where I met my wife, Patty, a cajun from southeastern Louisiana. Our son, Jose and his wife Kelli are veterinarians who live in Arizona with our two beautiful grandchildren, Amalia and Mateo.

Helping clients get what they want is what attracted me to the real estate industry. I have built my business providing excellent client service and advising clients as if I were buying or selling my own home. This means being accessible, a great listener, an excellent communicator, and responding quickly to my client’s needs.

Earlier this year Patty, a CPA and corporate tax executive, joined our family real estate business. Patty brings amazing insight, negotiation, organizational and business development skills.

Our client first philosophy requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional — integrity; in-depth community and market knowledge; effective communications skills; marketing savvy; effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network.
